Cole Slaw

1 cabbage head - (about 3 lbs)


Dressing

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. oil

Optional

1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. mustard powder


Cabbage in a large bowl.

Combine ingredients for dressing and boil. Pour hot marinade over coleslaw mixture and toss. Cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours.
